Interview Coordinator / Scheduler Full-Time Remote

Full-time MondayFriday during Eastern Time (ET) business hours.
Availability for a few hours on either Saturday or Sunday is required to help prepare the Monday interview pipeline.
Future schedules may include staggered shifts to support expanded interview coverage.

Review 2060 applications daily and identify qualified candidates.
Contact candidates and schedule 1220 interviews per day.
Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
Verify RBT certifications through the BACB Registry when applicable.
Follow up with unresponsive candidates and re-engage qualified applicants during slower periods.
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Keep the interview pipeline organized and moving efficiently.

Providing timely communication and an excellent candidate experience.
