We are looking for an experienced Insurance Sales & Operations Manager to oversee sales performance operational efficiency and team development. The ideal candidate will drive business growth while ensuring seamless execution of insurance processes and exceptional customer service.

• Lead and manage a team of insurance professionals.
• Drive sales performance and achievement of business targets.
• Oversee daily insurance operations and policy administration.
• Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans.
• Conduct coaching training and performance evaluations.
• Monitor operational KPIs and compliance standards.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support recruitment and talent development initiatives.

• Bachelors Degree in any field.
• At least 3 years of experience in insurance financial services or sales management.
• Strong leadership and operational management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
