About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Director to lead the overall Human Resources function and drive people strategies aligned with the organizations business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the overall HR function and people strategy
• Develop and implement HR strategies policies and programs aligned with business goals
• Oversee talent acquisition employee engagement performance management compensation and benefits learning and development and employee relations
• Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning and organizational development
• Drive initiatives focused on employee engagement retention culture and organizational effectiveness
• Lead and develop the HR team to ensure effective delivery of HR services
• Ensure compliance with labor laws company policies and HR best practices
• Monitor HR metrics and provide insights and recommendations to senior management
• Manage organizational change and support business transformation initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Psychology Business Administration or a related field
• 10 years of progressive HR experience with significant experience in a leadership role
• Proven experience leading an HR function or large HR team
• Strong background in HR strategy talent management employee relations and organizational development
• Experience working with senior executives and business leaders
• Strong leadership communication strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills
• Willing to work onsite in Mandaluyong City
