So what does an HR Supervisor really do Think of yourself as the key person who will be in charge of taking care of the employees. Lead and make a change. You will be in charge of Employee Engagement Labor Relations and other related functions in the People Operations Department.

As an HR Supervisor you will:

• Drive programs under the People Operations department and in charge of case management and employee engagement.

• Handle performance management and other special projects that may be assigned to you.

• Improve propose and implement employee engagement activities.

• Act as the advisor to the stakeholders for all people-related issues/concerns.

Do you have what it takes to become an HR Supervisor

Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years of supervisory experience from the outsourcing industry

• Strong background in employee engagement/labor relations

• General knowledge of labor standards statutory benefits employee engagement practices and other key HR process

• Knowledgeable in social compliance and audit

• Proactive organized and results-oriented

• Capable in maintaining a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism

• Excellent ability to network within or across functions through proactive communication
