HR Recruitment Manager

Location: Pasig City
Work Setup: Onsite
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

The HR Recruitment Manager is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities talent acquisition planning and hiring operations to support organizational manpower requirements. The role plays a critical part in attracting and retaining high-performing professionals within a dynamic technology-focused environment.

• Oversee recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding
• Develop hiring strategies for technical and non-technical roles
• Manage recruitment team performance and hiring deliverables
• Coordinate with business leaders on manpower planning requirements
• Build talent pipelines through various sourcing channels
• Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Generate recruitment reports and monitor hiring metrics
• Maintain compliance with recruitment policies and procedures

• Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Psychology or related field
• Must have recruitment experience from a Tech or IT company
• At least 5 years of Recruitment experience
• Minimum of 3 years managerial experience
• Strong background in technical and corporate hiring
• Experience handling high-volume recruitment operations
• Strong communication and leadership skills
