The HR Project Analyst is responsible for leading and managing projects within the EMEA re-organization aimed at standardizing and improving HR processes within the region. Working in a global environment the HR Project Analyst will support various regions and collaborate with local leadership. They will oversee high-visibility high-impact programs and projects ensuring effective change management to drive project success.This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as the ability to manage deliverables across multiple teams while facilitating collaboration and coordination. Additionally the HR Project Analyst will be responsible for managing strict timelines budgets and project scope partnering closely with the EMEA People Services Country Teams Talent Management and People Partner teams.
Job Description
About the Role:
- Lead and manage HR process improvement programs and projects ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational priorities.
- Oversee high-impact global initiatives by managing project scope timelines budgets risks and change management activities.
- Partner closely with regional and global stakeholders including EMEA Country Teams Global People Services Talent Management and People Partner teams.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration and communication to ensure successful project delivery and stakeholder engagement.
- Monitor project progress provide regular updates to leadership and ensure deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
- Bachelors or Masters degree preferred with 5-7 years of experience in project or program management ideally within a large global organization.
- Proven experience working with Workday HCM and/or ServiceNow including product ownership or equivalent HR technology-related responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies HR systems and ServiceNow/Workday components such as reporting case management service catalog knowledge management and portals.
- Demonstrated experience in budget management forecasting stakeholder engagement and influencing across multiple business functions.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize workloads manage competing priorities and align technology solutions with business needs.
