Home Health Scheduling Manager

Tech Solutions is looking for an experienced Home Health Scheduler with management or supervisory experience. You will coordinate patient visits manage clinician schedules respond to urgent staffing changes and help oversee daily scheduling operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage schedules for nurses therapists aides and other clinicians
Assign visits based on availability location discipline and care requirements
Lead and support scheduling staff
Resolve call-offs missed visits conflicts and last-minute changes
Coordinate with patients caregivers clinicians and management
Monitor open visits and scheduling compliance
Maintain accurate records and scheduling documentation
Improve scheduling workflows and escalation procedures
Prepare reports and operational updates for management

Required Qualifications:

Direct home health or home care scheduling experience
Proven management supervisory or team-lead experience
Excellent written and spoken English
Strong leadership organization and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage high-volume schedules and changing priorities
Experience supporting a U.S.-based healthcare organization
Availability to work U.S. Pacific Time
Reliable computer internet connection and home-office setup

Preferred:

Hands-on experience with WellSky or Kinnser
Familiarity with home health visit frequencies authorizations and compliance
Experience managing remote scheduling teams
