Home Care Billing Specialist Philippines

SallySupport is looking for an experienced and highly detail-oriented Home Care Billing Specialist based in the Philippines to support a growing home care organisation in California USA.

This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with numbers reviewing detailed information for accuracy and ensuring billing and insurance processes are completed correctly and on time.

The successful candidate will support billing operations review caregiver shifts verify billing information prepare Long-Term Care (LTC) insurance documentation maintain accurate records and assist with revenue cycle administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Review caregiver shifts and billing information for accuracy before invoices are processed.
  
• Verify billing rates and investigate and resolve discrepancies.
  
• Conduct quality assurance checks on billing records and supporting documentation.
  
• Prepare and submit Long-Term Care (LTC) insurance documentation.
  
• Support insurance submissions through healthcare and insurance portals.
  
• Maintain accurate billing records and supporting documentation.
  
• Work closely with the California operations team to resolve billing-related queries.
  
• Assist with administrative tasks related to billing insurance and revenue cycle operations.
  
• Identify and escalate missing information discrepancies or potential billing issues.
  
• Identify opportunities to improve billing processes accuracy and operational efficiency.
  

Working Hours

• Full-time remote position.
  
• Applicants must be based in the Philippines.
  
• The role supports a California-based organisation and requires working hours aligned with or providing sufficient daily overlap with the U.S. Pacific Time team.
  
• Candidates must be comfortable working hours that may fall outside standard Philippine daytime business hours.
  

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience in medical billing healthcare administration revenue cycle support insurance processing or healthcare operations.
  
• Strong numerical accuracy and exceptional attention to detail.
  
• Ability to review information and identify billing discrepancies or inconsistencies.
  
• Strong organisational and analytical skills.
  
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  
• Ability to follow detailed processes and maintain accurate records.
  
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
  
• Comfortable working remotely with a U.S.-based team.
  
• Reliable high-speed internet connection suitable computer equipment and a dedicated home-office environment.
  

Preferred Experience

• Experience supporting a U.S.-based healthcare or home care organisation.
  
• Home Care or Home Health billing experience.
  
• Medical billing insurance claims or revenue cycle experience.
  
• Experience with Long-Term Care (LTC) insurance documentation.
  
• Experience using healthcare billing systems or insurance portals.
  
• Familiarity with U.S. healthcare billing processes.
  
• Experience reviewing caregiver shifts against billing records.
  
• Experience investigating and resolving billing discrepancies.
