Global Enabling Function Specialist

Prepare monthly transactional tagging of Corporate Enabling Function costs including personnel and other business costs to support accurate Enabling Function reporting.

Prepare monthly P&L GL transactions and coordinate with the Accounting and Accounts Payable teams to ensure effective financial controls are in place.

Prepare monthly EF accruals and reclassification journals for salaries and other business costs as required.

Prepare monthly salary reconciliations and bonus accruals for review by the Global EF Controllers.

Assist with the preparation and review of EF balance sheet accrual accounts.

Support the upload of Enabling Functions and Management P&L Actuals Plan and Forecast data in OneStream and assist with queries from Group Finance.

Prepare process documentation for current reports as working drafts for review feedback and approval.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned.

CPA or equivalent professional accounting qualification with 3 to 5 years of experience in general accounting controlling management reporting and financial reporting.

Experience in a shared services or multinational environment is an advantage.

Experience with ERP systems is preferred such as Oracle or SAP; OneStream experience would be an advantage.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels across the organisation.

Able to work flexibly to support changing priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Ability to communicate analysis with clarity and precision. An ideal candidate would have a strong grasp of both technical and business perspectives including project management.
