Founding Engineer

KDCI Outsourcing is looking for a Founding Engineer to take on broad technical ownership in a fast-moving environment. Youll help shape the technical direction build core systems from the ground up and wear multiple hats as needs evolve.

• Design build and ship core product features from the ground up

• Make key architectural and technical decisions with long-term impact

• Work closely with founders/leadership to translate vision into technical execution

• Take ownership across the stack front-end back-end infrastructure and beyond

• Establish engineering practices tooling and standards early on

• Adapt quickly as priorities and requirements shif

• 5 years of software engineering experience including early-stage or startup experience

• Strong full-stack development skills and system design fundamentals

• Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities

• Excellent communication and ownership mindset

• Track record of shipping and scaling products independently

• Experience as an early engineer or co-founder at a startup

• Familiarity with AI/LLM-powered product development

• Experience hiring and mentoring engineers as a team grows
