Job Summary
- Plans and delivers luxury hotel events from confirmation through completion ensuring all operational details are executed seamlessly.
- Provides an exceptional guest experience by managing client requirements special requests service recovery and VIP confidentiality.
- Coordinates with hotel teams and suppliers to ensure all event arrangements are communicated clearly and delivered safely and on schedule.
- Manages event administration and profitability including budgets billing documentation upselling compliance and post-event evaluation.
Qualifications :
- Graduate of a degree in Hospitality Management or any related field is an advantage.
- Minimum of five (5) years experience in events at a similar capacity in a luxury hotel is an asset.
- Strong leadership skills to motivate train and supervise a team of employees.
- Experience with Opera and Microsoft Office applications.
