Job Summary

  • Create and distribute offer letters  

  • Collect onboarding documentation and processes  

  • Coordinate with relevant stakeholders on changes to offer of employment  

  • Act as point of contact for all questions related to pre-employment activities from candidates recruiting hiring managers and HR 

  • Ensure compliance with all state and corporate regulations and laws  

  • Ensure strict adherence with standard protocols for electronic personnel file management and document storage  

  • Order background checks track completion and assist in review and analysis of results 

  • Prepare and communicate candidate background check clearances 

  • Connect with relevant key stakeholders and support groups to assist with onboarding account creation set-up and IT requisition 

  • Ensure all regional onboarding notification systems and processes are followed and updated to ensure local stakeholders are continuously informed 

  • Keep track of daily productivity volume reports and other relevant reports as required  

  • Perform and track onboarding data entry for large volume of hires 

  • Ensure accuracy of all data processed and entered in HR systems 

  • Engage and build relationships with key stakeholders  

  • Escalate and analyze identified issues and concerns to the Team Lead for timely resolution  

  • Assess identified issues and collate information from relevant stakeholders to assist in investigating and in resolving common and recurring issues  

  • Maintain current processes and incorporate documentation updates  

  • Support selected simple process improvements to streamline processes   


Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree or at least 3 years of relevant work experience  

  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools 

  • Basic knowledge and understanding of HR processes and procedures  

  • Experience working in an outsourcing shared services or similar model with compensation-related role or other similar functions is preferred  

  • Experience using Oracle Workday BrassRing ServiceNow or other similar platforms and tools is preferred  

  • Must be willing to work on fixed night shift and 3 days onsite per week.
