Job Summary
Position Overview:
As an EHR (Electronic Health Record) Implementation Specialist you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful adoption and integration of electronic health record systems for healthcare providers.
Work Schedule and Arrangement: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM Onsite
Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building IT Park Lahug Cebu City Cebu
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with their EHR/EMR concerns and provide clear helpful solutions.
- Handle client interactions professionally patiently and courteously.
- Troubleshoot basic system or workflow concerns and provide appropriate workarounds when possible.
- Research document and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team or level of support.
- Build positive relationships with clients and ensure a good customer experience.
- Stay updated on the EHR system new features and processes to provide accurate support.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent college degree preferably in a medical or healthcare-related course.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and professional approach when dealing with clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive client relationships.
- Fast learner who can quickly understand and apply new systems processes and information.
- Ability to remain calm patient and professional when handling difficult client situations.
- Willingness and ability to commit to the role for at least two (2) years.
- Previous experience handling calls customer interactions or training is an advantage but not required.
Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):
- Monthly salary of 23250php
- New hire bonus of 5000php
