Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for contacting businesses and introducing them to our AI Readiness workshops. You will be the friendly point of contact for our company and your goal will be to identify and qualify business expansion opportunities. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to expand our client base.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct calls to potential clients and introduce them to our companys services
- Schedule follow up appointments for our sales team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
- Research and identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Keep track of all call activities and update the CRM system
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times
Requirements:
- Prior customer service or telesales experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated and results-driven
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead management systems
- Knowledge of performance-based marketing is a plus
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
