What is the role that we need
- Review current and assist in implementing new compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments.
- Supporting leadership team members with external audits.
- Supporting and sustaining a positive work environment that fosters team performance through own work and behavior.
- Performing other duties as assigned.
- 4-year degree from an accredited college or university.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience working in a human resource capacity.
- Prior compliance experience required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook).
- Professional driven motivated self-starter.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent organizational planning and prioritization skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
Required Skills:
