Job Summary

Overview

The Commissions Data Analyst I reports to the Director of Commissions. This position assists in the accurate processing of commissions for the sales department.

Responsibilities

Ensure all the approved bookings are executed in Salesforce.
Ensure the correct Sale Type of the products are assigned based on the historical data of Client.
Provide the highest possible accuracy of data from the Order Management System Bookings Report and reflects the same in Salesforce.
Responsible to reflect correct booking values in Salesforce according to the current Sales Terms and Conditions and Client historical data.
Ensure commissions are allocated to the correct Account and Solution Representatives.
Assist in all aspects of the Commission Process.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree or equivalent relevant experience 1 year of finance experience.
Incentive compensation experience preferred.
Ability to meet strict deadlines. Flexibility to work overtime.
Must be self-motivating hard-working analytical and proactive.
Must have excellent problem-solving skills utilizing available resources.
Microsoft Excel intermediate skills.

The employee must have the ability to operate a personal computer and express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word. May be required to sit and/or stand for long periods of time.
