C&B Ops and Payroll Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Payroll Operations & Delivery:

• Manage bi-monthly payroll for both the entities in error free manner and within timelines
• Validate payroll inputs including salary incentives deductions and statutory components
• Maintain payroll calendars and ensure on-time delivery
• Drive process improvements such as automation etc
• Track final settlements within the government stipulated timelines
• Submit HR accruals to CFS by collating inputs from local BHR

Compliance & Statutory Management:

• Ensure compliance with Philippines statutory requirements (SSS PhilHealth Pag-IBIG BIR)
• Manage loan processes laid out by SSS and Pag-Ibig
• Manage filings remittances and reporting
• Track regulatory updates
• Close the annual tax filing process for employees

Payroll Accounting & Financial Alignment:

• Manage payroll journals accruals and GL reconciliations
• Partner with Finance on closing activities
• Perform variance analysis

Billing & Vendor Management:

• Validate vendor billing health and life insurance payroll etc and ensure SLA adherence
• Manage vendor relationships

Drive insurance enrollment process

• Ensure accurate enrollment for a very complex dependent listing process
• Communicate the requirements on an ongoing basis to ensure clarity

Audit & Controls:

• Maintain documentation and internal controls
• Lead audits with minimal findings

Team Leadership:

• Manage and develop 2 direct reports
• Drive performance and accountability

Stakeholder Management:

• Liaise with BHR TA Finance Internal and External Tax Legal
• Act as escalation point and ensure resolution

Experience Needed : Atleast 10 years of work experience in payroll

Education Qualifications : Bachelors degree
