Banking Customer Service Representative – International Account

Job Overview
We are looking for experienced customer service professionals to support international banking and financial services this role you will assist customers through inbound and outbound calls address financial account concerns perform verification procedures and ensure accurate transaction processing and documentation while maintaining compliance with established security standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from international banking and financial services customers providing accurate and professional assistance.
  
• Resolve account-related inquiries and concerns involving banking transactions fraud-related matters underwriting payouts and collections.
  
• Perform customer identity checks and account verification in accordance with applicable financial regulations and security procedures.
  
• Process customer requests and maintain complete accurate records of transactions interactions and case updates using financial operations and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Qualifications

• Educational Requirements: High school graduate under the old curriculum senior high school graduate at least two years of college education or a bachelors degree holder.
  
• Relevant Experience: At least 12 years of telephone-based customer service experience supporting US or UK banking accounts.
  
• Industry Experience: Previous experience handling financial services accounts is required preferably in banking collections fraud operations underwriting payouts or related financial functions.
