Key Accounts Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Execution & Channel Management: Execute the end-to-end sales cycle for SME business loansfrom lead generation pitching and structuring to deal closurewhile managing non-organic sales distribution channels and business loan provider relationships.
• Marketing & Lead Generation: Partner with the Marketing team to develop targeted social media campaigns promotional materials digital initiatives and on-ground experiential activations to drive product awareness and pipeline growth.
• Loan Processing & Risk Compliance: Facilitate accurate end-to-end loan documentation and routing for final approval while strictly enforcing compliance audit Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards.
• Sales Management & Reporting: Monitor sales pipeline conversions evaluate distribution channel performance against volume targets conduct regular business reviews and deliver weekly and monthly sales forecasts.
• Leadership & Client Service: Manage daily operations for key accounts associates and agency partners provide continuous coaching on loan requirements and ensure high-quality customer service is delivered to all clients and borrowers.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Communications or a related field.
• Experience: 35 years of proven experience in B2B account management customer success or corporate sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Leadership: Minimum of 12 years of experience in a supervisory team lead or senior mentoring role.
• Skills & Attributes: Strong leadership coaching and people management skills paired with excellent communication analytical and problem-solving abilities.
