The Role
As an Associate Consultant youll be a hands-on delivery practitioner; configuring integrating and testing Archer GRC solutions for a diverse portfolio of enterprise clients. Youll represent Archer in every client interaction build trusted relationships with technical counterparts and play an active role in transitioning customers to successful sustainable operations.
This is a great role for someone who is technically curious loves working with clients and wants to deepen their expertise in GRC and a GRC platform in a collaborative fast-moving team environment. You dont need to have done it all before but you do need to be eager to learn adaptable and committed to delivering quality outcomes.
What Youll Do
Solution Configuration & Delivery | Configure integrate and test Archer GC solutions for clients including initial platform setup data integration (CSV XML) workflow configuration and web forms-based data capture. |
Client Engagement & Training | Conduct client walkthroughs and training sessions both on-site and remotely. Represent Archer professionally in all client partner and internal interactions. |
Transition to BAU | Support clients as they move from project delivery into business-as-usual operations. This includes knowledge sharing technical documentation issue resolution and post-deployment support. |
Platform Expertise | Develop and maintain a strong command of the Archer GRC services portfolio integration technologies and delivery methodology. Achieve and maintain Archer GRC Certifications. |
Pre-Sales Support | Assist the pre-sales process from time to time explaining Archer GRC services and capabilities to prospective clients and supporting the broader team in scoping and positioning. |
Stakeholder Relationships | Build effective working relationships with technical counterparts across Archer client organisations and partner teams. Foster trust through consistent quality delivery. |
Reporting & Communication | Maintain accurate time recording in line with published procedures. Keep management informed of project progress and promptly flag any emerging issues or risks. |
Continuous Learning | Stay current with GRC trends relevant industry developments and emerging technologies. Bring fresh insights back to the team and into client conversations. |
YoullThrive Here If You Have
- Bachelors degree ideally in a technical discipline or 2 years of relevant technical experience in medium-to-large enterprise environments
- Solid understanding of business process web forms-based data capture workflow design data integration (CSV and XML) and relational databases
- Excellent verbal and written English and Filipino communication skills including the ability to produce clear technical documentation and operational guides
- Sound business and technical judgment with strong analytical skills and the ability to draw practical conclusions from complex or incomplete information
- Demonstrated client-facing experience in application development configuration and/or testing ideally on an GRC platform or similar enterprise software
Even Better If You Have
- Prior experience with Archer consulting or GRC-related project implementations
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP CISA or CISM
- Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments
