Job Summary
Position Overview:
As an App Support Representative you will be responsible for providing reliable and efficient technical support
to clients using Meditabs mobile applications and software platform.
Work Schedule and Arrangement: 9:00 PM- 6:00 AM Onsite
Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building IT Park Lahug Cebu City Cebu
Key Responsibilities:
App Support
Provide timely and effective support to clients using the mobile application and related software.
Guide users through app features functionalities and proper usage.
Assist clients via phone email chat or remote support tools.
Troubleshooting
Diagnose and resolve issues related to installation connectivity data synchronization and app
performance.
Address software-related concerns impacting mobile application functionality.
Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support or development teams with proper
documentation.
Technical Documentation
Document customer interactions issues and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
Contribute to knowledge base articles FAQs and self-help resources.
System and Product Knowledge
Develop a strong understanding of the Meditab platform including workflows integrations and system
interactions.
Stay updated on product releases updates and new features to provide accurate support.
Quality Assurance
Identify and report bugs errors and opportunities for system improvement.
Support continuous improvement of the application and overall customer experience.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in a computer-related field (e.g. Information Technology Computer Science
Computer Engineering)
At least 12 years of experience in technical support or a related role (preferred)
Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):
Monthly salary of18000php - 25000php
New hire bonus of 5000php
