Job Description:

Analyst Learning Delivery supports the Learning Delivery team in managing and executing operational processes related to learning programs. This role is key to ensuring smooth delivery of learning operations and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the onboarding and training of new learning operations processes
• Participate in stakeholder reviews to identify opportunities for process and logistics improvements
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand needs and ensure alignment with business goals
• Maintain and update operational guides and standard procedures for learning programs
• Contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes through collaboration and feedback
• Document and share knowledge to support team learning and consistency
• Engage with internal teams and customers to foster trust and positive relationships
