AI Trainer & Learning Experience Designer
Remote Philippines Full-Time Php 100000 - 150000/month negotiable AU/PH Business Hours Long-Term Remote Role

What Youll Be Owning
This is a core L&D and AI enablement leadership role covering curriculum creation live cohort delivery standards enforcement and internal team upskilling. You arent just tracking attendance; you are designing practical checkpoints and building behavioral fluency across modern AI platforms.
Youll take the lead on:
Pre-Start Cohort Training: Curating and delivering a structured week-long program for incoming workmates to guarantee Day 1 AI readiness.
Curriculum & Assessment Design: Building practical hands-on checkpoints and exercises that test applied skills rather than simple content consumption.
Standards Enforcement: Holding the line on quality by making direct respectful calls to flag or exit trainees who do not reach the required bar.
Internal Team Enablement: Lifting AI capability across internal teams (Operations Manager CSMs) through regular workshops and upskilling sessions.
Program Currency & Innovation: Continuously reviewing updating and refreshing the AI training curriculum at least quarterly to stay aligned with the changing tech landscape.
Post-Start Reinforcement: Conducting structured check-ins during a workmates first weeks on the job to reinforce training within real client environments.
Requirements
This Role Is a Great Fit If You:
Are an AI-Native Educator: You possess hands-on multi-platform fluency (Claude ChatGPT etc.) and teach concepts and prompting techniques adaptively rather than sticking to one platforms UI.
Are an Instructional Designer: You have a demonstrable track record of building curriculum exercises and assessments from scratch that compress learning timelines and change behavior.
Are High-Accountability & Decisive: You have the emotional intelligence and directness to make tough standards-holding calls including flagging or exiting underperforming candidates. Have proven experience as an educator L&D professional or trainer ideally with direct experience upskilling Filipino/offshore professionals.
Are Self-Directed & Curious: You independently maintain a personal system for staying up-to-date with emerging AI tools and workflows. Communicate with elite fluency professional confidence and strong coaching EQ.
What Success Looks Like After 6090 Days:
The Standard is Established: You have built and administered practical module-based checkpoints and established a clear tracking system for cohort progress.
Production is Seamless: Incoming workmates pass through the 5-day pre-start program smoothly arriving at client accounts fully AI-ready without scheduling slippage.
Curriculum is Current: You have shipped documented curriculum updates reflecting real-world AI advancements.
Internal Team is Upskilled: You run self-sustaining upskilling workshops for internal managers and CSMs earning trust as the companys core AI enablement authority.

Experience with the use and integration of educational technologies interactive media and digital resources in learning management systems Dual-sector experience would be an advantage.
