What Youll Do: Your Role in Making an Impact

As an AI Enablement Technical Program Manager (Consultant Program Management) you will lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic enterprise AI programs helping transform innovative ideas into scalable solutions that deliver meaningful business outcomes. Reporting to the Program Manager Lead you will serve as the bridge connecting business stakeholders product teams AI engineering development data engineering and platform teams to ensure successful execution across multiple initiatives.

In this role you will define program roadmaps establish milestones and success measures and guide the prioritization of AI use cases aligned to organizational goals. You will drive cross-functional coordination manage risks and dependencies and maintain alignment between technical delivery and business value realization. You will oversee the deployment of enterprise AI and Agentic AI solutions ensuring adherence to best practices across model lifecycle management monitoring governance and operational excellence. Additionally you will provide executive-level visibility into program progress support organizational adoption of AI capabilities and help ensure all solutions meet Responsible AI security and data privacy standards. Your contributions will directly influence how Ingram Micro scales AI innovation across the business.

What You Bring to the Role: Professional Experience & Skills

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Approximately 5 to 10 years of experience in Technical Program Management technology delivery or a similar leadership role managing complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven success delivering large-scale technology AI/ML data platform or digital transformation programs from concept through production deployment.
  • Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts including GenAI data pipelines model lifecycle management and enterprise AI delivery practices.
  • Experience leading enterprise AI machine learning or data platform programs at scale.
  • Familiarity with MLOps practices model monitoring retraining frameworks and AI governance standards.
  • Exposure to Agentic AI multi-agent orchestration automation platforms or intelligent workflow solutions.
• Experience working within Agile Scrum hybrid or large-scale enterprise delivery environments.
• Experience working with cloud-based platforms particularly Google Cloud Platform AWS or similar environments.
• Certification or formal training in Project Management Agile Scrum SDLC or related methodologies is highly valued.
