Role Summary
KDCI Outsourcing is looking for an AI Agent Developer to design and build autonomous AI agents capable of completing multi-step tasks. Youll work on agent architectures tool use and orchestration to power intelligent goal-driven systems.
Key Responsibilities
Design and build autonomous AI agents capable of multi-step reasoning and tool use
Develop agent orchestration logic memory systems and tool integrations
Test agent behavior for reliability safety and task completion accuracy
Integrate agents with APIs databases and internal systems
Monitor and debug agent performance in production environments
Research and apply emerging agent frameworks and best practices
Job requirements
Requirements
2 years of experience in software or AI/ML development
Strong Python programming skills
Experience with LLM APIs and agent frameworks (LangChain AutoGen CrewAI etc.)
Understanding of prompt engineering tool calling and agent memory patterns
Solid grasp of API integration and system design
Nice-to-Haves
Experience building multi-agent systems
Familiarity with vector databases and RAG pipelines
Background in reinforcement learning or planning algorithms
