Key Responsibilities
As our Administrative Support Specialist you will:
Coordinate employee schedules and manage shift call-ins and shift coverage.
Update scheduling systems and communicate schedule changes to employees.
Conduct initial phone screenings with candidates and document screening outcomes.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain accurate employee and operational records across internal systems.
Prepare proofread and organise reports documents and presentations.
Respond professionally to employee and client enquiries via phone and email.
Support internal communications by sharing updates reminders and company announcements.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and escalate issues where required.
Provide general administrative support to the wider operations team.
Assist with basic technical troubleshooting and coordinate with IT support when necessary.
Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and operational efficiency.
Working Hours
Full-time remote position.
Daily overlap with the U.S. team is required.

Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative scheduling office coordination or recruitment support role.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
