RESPONSIBLITIES

Develop & execute a strategic social media plan for NAD and/or its clients
Create engaging content that resonates with target audience
Manage TikTok account/s and live content and data
Manage & schedule content across platforms.
Will act as the primary contact to facilitate and maintain professional relationship between the client/s and the company.
Attend to & propose solutions aligned with the clients service requests
Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices.
Collaborate with other departments on marketing initiatives.
Will be trained to perform ad hoc tasks inline with the department and accounts handled.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors Degree in any relevant field.
At least 2 years experience in Social Media Management or a related field.
Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools.
Strong understanding of social media marketing principles and best practices.
Excellent content creation skills (writing graphic designvideo editing)
Proven track record of growing social media engagement and follower base
Excellent communication collaboration and time management skills Passion for our industry.
Can work and collaborate with a team
