You will join a dynamic and collaborative team supporting daily commercial and administrative activities to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
- Support the Sales team with administrative and operational tasks ensuring efficient day-to-day activities
- Manage basic customer documentation in local systems (technical data sheets safety sheets legal status information)
- Coordinate shipment and collection of samples with logistics providers and customers
- Enter purchase requests (OT / RQ) into the local system accurately and timely
- Support office operations including procurement of office supplies
- Assist in scheduling meetings visits and internal coordination activities
- Submit requests for creation or modification of product presentations and local code descriptions
- Manage sample revalidation processes in the system and provide status updates to customers
- Provide backup support to Sales & Customer Care Assistant during absences
- Previous experience supporting sales or in an administrative/commercial assistant role
- Intermediate level of English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong teamwork mindset and collaborative attitude
- Proactive approach with good communication skills when interacting with internal and external stakeholders
- High level of responsibility organization and commitment to assigned tasks
- Experience working with customer documentation or regulatory/basic compliance information
- Familiarity with internal systems or ERP tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
