SENIOR HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER

• Strategically direct coordinate and oversee the immaculate presentation and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas ensuring every aspect embodies the brands uncompromising standards of luxury and excellence.

• Uphold and enforce the highest levels of service and quality as defined in the companys procedural manuals meticulously attending to every detail to deliver an unparalleled guest experience.

• Ensure guest rooms consistently reflect superior standards of cleanliness presentation and comfort aligning with the hotels refined aesthetic and luxury benchmarks.

• Inspire and lead the team through Heartist trainings cultivating creativity innovation and a culture of continuous improvement while fostering a motivated and high-performing workforce dedicated to the seamless operation of the hotel.

Qualifications :

• Advanced proficiency in hotel systems such as OPERA POS MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) as well as online review management platforms ensuring precise and efficient operational control.

• Solid experience in team supervision and leadership fostering excellence motivation and professional development among staff.

• In-depth knowledge of quality audit programs and guest experience management ensuring adherence to the highest standards of luxury service.

• Strong competencies in effective communication responsibility innovation change management analytical thinking and proactivity with a focus on luxury service excellence teamwork and conflict resolution.

• Advanced English with the ability to communicate fluently and professionally in international environments.
