Job Type: Full-time / Contract / Seasonal
Location: Lahore Office / Field Travel to Northern Pakistan
Salary: PKR 40000 - PKR 80000 per month Travel Allowances

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Group Leadership & Inclusivity: Confidently lead travel groups of diverse backgrounds fostering an inclusive welcoming and open-minded environment for all tourists.
  
• Brand Representation & Content Creation: Act as the on-camera host for our social media channels (Reels Vlogs TikToks) during tours bringing a bold energetic and progressive vibe to our brands digital presence.
  
• Guest Engagement: Deliver engaging informative and objective commentary on regional culture history and geography. Maintain high group morale and keep the atmosphere lively and engaging.
  
• Safety & Crisis Management: Proactively handle on-road emergencies weather disruptions or logistical challenges with a calm decisive and authoritative leadership style.
  
• Vendor Coordination: Act as the primary on-ground liaison between our agency and local hospitality partners transport providers and field teams.
  

Requirements & Qualifications

• Personality Profile: Exceptionally outgoing bold resilient and open-minded. Possesses a modern progressive outlook with the ability to handle diverse social dynamics effortlessly.
  
• Communication: Outstanding public speaking and interpersonal skills. Must be a confident expressive storyteller. Fluency in Urdu Punjabi and English is required.
  
• Experience: Minimum of 12 years of experience in tour guiding event hosting public relations hospitality or digital media. Experience navigating demanding outdoor terrains is a plus.
  
• Media Savvy: Completely comfortable in front of the camera collaborating with our content team to produce engaging high-vibe travel marketing materials.
  
• Licensing: Possession of a Department of Tourist Services (DTS) license is preferred or a strong willingness to undergo certification.
  
• Physical Stamina: Ready and able to handle long road journeys and active outdoor trekking.
