Applications are invited for Supervisor Metro Distribution Centre Sargodha

Responsibilities include:

• Manage and organize deliveries to customers/clients in the right quantity and according to the required specifications.
• Visit the market twice a week to ensure compliance with SOPs and obtain direct customer feedback.
• Be thoroughly informed about orders and stock availability and lead hands-on timely and efficient deliveries along with satisfactory customer service.
• Verify daily fuel costs and transactions and ensure proper documentation related to them.
• Ensure the required productivity of delivery vans.
• Handle and coordinate customer complaints regarding delivery issues.
• Promote the products and sales of own-brand products.
• Address customer complaints to understand customers needs and expectations and propose solutions.
• Coach and train team members on existing and new concepts technology and functionality to support the successful achievement of the teams functional objectives and enhance their technical skills and positive attitude.
• Monitor the performance of all team members to identify gaps between expected and actual productivity.
• Review and approve all operational activities of team members including Pickers Loaders and Delivery Boys.
• Ensure that each team member adheres to the policies and procedures announced by management.
