Supervisor E-Commerce

• Manage and organize customer deliveries ensuring the correct quantity and specifications are fulfilled.
• Ensure stock availability for customers and offer suitable substitutes where required through the Call Center while clarifying the same with customers.
• Stay thoroughly informed about customer orders and stock availability and lead hands-on timely and efficient deliveries while ensuring satisfactory customer service.
• Prepare gate passes for transportation of goods.
• Ensure effective route planning and hand over delivery documents to the delivery staff.
• Verify daily fuel costs and transactions and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
• Ensure the required productivity levels of delivery vans are achieved.
• Handle and coordinate customer complaints related to delivery issues.
• Maintain appropriate warehouse stock levels and monitor discrepancies.
• Maintain and monitor warehouse quality standards in accordance with established SOPs.
• Coach and train team members on existing and new concepts technologies and processes to support the successful achievement of functional objectives enhance technical skills and promote a positive attitude and professional growth.
• Monitor the performance of all team members to identify gaps between expected and actual productivity levels.
• Review and approve the operational activities of team members including Pickers Packers QC and Delivery Staff.
