Job Summary
- MS in Structural Engineering is mandatory.
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in structural design engineering.
- Strong understanding of structural shop drawings construction drawings and drawing interpretation.
- Knowledge of structural analysis and design principles for steel and reinforced concrete structures.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with architects engineers detailers and project teams.
- Proficiency in Revit Tekla Structures and AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with BIM workflows and 3D modeling concepts.
- Ability to prepare review and revise structural drawings and design documentation.
- Understanding of structural codes standards and engineering best practices.
- Ability to perform basic structural calculations and assist in design development.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn new software technologies and international design standards.
- Experience working on US-based construction projects will be considered an added advantage.
- Knowledge of steel detailing connection detailing and fabrication drawings will be a plus.
- Ability to identify design conflicts and support project coordination efforts.
- Strong organizational skills and a professional work ethic.
- Positions are available in Lahore and Rawalpindi.

- Must be available for a full-time office-based position either in Lahore or Rawalpindi
- Must demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and grow within the structural engineering domain.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong commitment to quality accuracy and timely project delivery.
- Candidates with internship experience in structural design BIM detailing or construction engineering are encouraged to apply.
- Experience with US-based construction standards and workflows will be considered a significant advantage.
