Software Engineer- Site Reliability

Job Overview:

Job Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot issues across the stack and participate in root cause analysis for production incidents.

• Design develop test and maintain scalable web applications (C#) Angular and SQL Server.

• Work closely with SREs and DevOps to automate deployment monitoring and incident response processes.

• Optimize database queries application performance and system reliability.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements priorities and deliverables.

• Participate in code reviews and share best practices for reliability security and performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.

• 2-3 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or Software Engineer.

• Strong experience with (C#) Angular (latest versions preferred) and SQL Server.

• Solid understanding of web application development (HTML CSS JavaScript/TypeScript).

• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs working with version control systems (Git/TFS) and using CI/CD pipelines.

• Exposure to site reliability engineering DevOps or automation (PowerShell Bash or Python is a plus).

• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) is an advantage.

• Experience in the healthcare domain is a plus.

• Interest and ability to learn other coding languages as needed.

• Working proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English.
