SEO Specialist - AI Search & Google
Were looking for a Full-Stack SEO Specialist to own SEO end-to-end across technical SEO content authority building and AI search visibility.
Own technical SEO for custom-built websites using React and similar frameworks.
Manage crawling indexing site architecture internal linking schema Core Web Vitals and rendering strategies (CSR/SSR/SSG/ISR).
Analyze raw vs. rendered HTML and identify JavaScript/hydration issues affecting search and AI crawlers.
Handle keyword research content briefs on-page optimization and search-intent strategy.
Drive link building digital PR outreach brand mentions and backlink management.
Develop AEO/GEO strategies for AI Overviews ChatGPT Perplexity Gemini and other AI search platforms.
Track performance through GSC GA4 rankings citations and AI visibility.
23 years of hands-on end-to-end SEO experience.
Strong technical SEO knowledge especially JavaScript-rendered websites.
Experience with React or similar frameworks.
Practical AEO/GEO experience or strong hands-on experimentation.
Proficiency in Ahrefs/Semrush Screaming Frog GSC and GA4.
Strong analytical communication and problem-solving skills

Required Skills:
Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field. Masters degree is a plus. Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance including 3 years in a leadership or management role. Technical Skills: Strong expertise in manual and automation testing Selenium Playwright or Cypress QA methodologies SDLC STLC Agile/Scrum CI/CD tools and test management platforms. Soft Skills: Excellent leadership strategic thinking problem-solving communication stakeholder management decision-making and team development skills Preference: Experience in Financial industry especially POS (Point of Sale) sector.
