Job Summary:

• Manage and monitor statutory HR compliance requirements applicable to the organization.
• Support administration and compliance activities related to EPF/PF ESIC Professional Tax Labour Welfare Fund Gratuity and statutory bonus as applicable.
• Manage and ensure timely filing of monthly quarterly half-yearly and annual statutory returns in accordance with applicable labour laws and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a comprehensive statutory compliance calendar and track filing deadlines to ensure timely completion of all compliance activities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external compliance consultants for preparation validation and submission of statutory returns.
• Support internal statutory and compliance audits by providing required records returns registers and supporting documents.
• Support compliance requirements under applicable central and state employment/labour regulations.
• Track regulatory changes and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to implement required process or policy updates.
• Ensure employee data and confidential HR information are handled in accordance with organizational privacy and security requirements.
• Manage and resolve employee queries related to Food Cards/Meal Cards
• Handle employee queries related to Flexible Benefits Plan (FBP/Flexi Benefits) including benefit eligibility declaration selection modification and claim/reimbursement processes..
