Sales Representative [IS]

• Identify target and onboard new pharmaceutical customers (manufacturers exporters importers distributors)
• Develop business opportunities in temperature-controlled logistics
• Understand Pharma customers supply chain challenges compliance needs and risk sensitivities
• Engage with customer stakeholders including Supply Chain QA/Regulatory Procurement and Commercial teams
• Lead RFQs tenders solution proposals and contract discussions
• Coordinate closely with Operations Customer Service Cold Chain and Product teams to ensure solution feasibility
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and maintain Sales force
• Achieve agreed volume revenue and growth targets for Pharma Proteins and cold chain business
• Convert customer needs into Maersk end-to-end solutions (Ocean Reefer cold chain inland logistics warehousing visibility)

Required Experience & Skills

• Experience in sales or sales operations ideally Pharma supply chain cold chain logistics or Pharma-focused B2B sales
• Strong understanding of Good Distribution Practices (GDP) and Pharma logistics requirements
• Knowledge of temperature-sensitive transport risks and mitigation
• Experience working with or selling to Pharma manufacturers and distributors will be a plus

• Proven ability to generate new business and bring volumes
• Strong consultative and solution-selling skills
• Technical & Operational Understanding
• Basic understanding of ocean reefer logistics sales operations and when ocean is suitable vs air
• Willingness and ability to learn Maersks products and systems
