Project Trainee Workplace Assessment

• Conduct workplace practices assessments at selected ginning facilities using standardized assessment tools and guidelines.
• Engage with key stakeholders including workers management labor contractors farmers and other relevant personnel to understand workplace practices and identify improvement areas.
• Assess key areas including worker welfare health and safety working conditions grievance mechanisms and labor practices.
• Document assessment findings observations gaps and recommended actions accurately and systematically.
• Support ginners in understanding assessment requirements and implementing practical improvements.
• Conduct basic awareness and training sessions for ginners and relevant workers on workplace practices health & safety worker welfare and grievance mechanisms.
• Follow up with ginners on agreed actions and monitor progress during the project period.
• Coordinate with the Pakistan and India teams to ensure alignment with project guidelines assessment tools and reporting requirements.
• Prepare assessment reports field visit summaries action trackers and other project documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of assessments training activities observations and implementation progress.
• Provide regular updates to the HR/Project team on field progress key observations challenges and areas requiring further support.
• Undertake travel to ginning facilities as required during the cotton season.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in HR Social Sciences Business Administration or a related field.
• 02 years of experience in HR social compliance employee relations field projects or a related area; fresh graduates with relevant internship/project experience may also be considered.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with workers management and external stakeholders.
• Good documentation reporting and MS Office skills.
• Comfortable with field travel.
• Ability to work independently conduct structured assessments and follow defined guidelines.
• Fluency in English and Urdu; knowledge of local languages will be an advantage.

Additional Information :

• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Excel PowerPoint is a MUST. 
• Proficiency in Power BI or any other Analytical tool is a PLUS.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
