People Perfect is hiring on behalf of a leading Ice Cream & Dairy Manufacturing Company.

Location: Lahore
Position: Production Manager (Production & Quality Control)
Experience: 10 Years

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production operations and ensure smooth manufacturing processes.
- Implement production schedules to meet demand and operational targets.
- Ensure quality assurance food safety and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor production machinery equipment efficiency and maintenance.
- Coordinate with procurement and other departments for smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate production records batch documentation and SOP compliance.
- Lead and manage production teams to achieve operational excellence.

Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelors degree; relevant Masters degree preferred.
- 10 years of experience in Ice Cream or Dairy Manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of production processes machinery and raw materials.
- Familiarity with HACCP GMP ISO 9001 and food safety standards.
- Excellent leadership problem-solving and team management skills.
