Manager Security & Admin

Job Summary:

People Perfect is looking for anexperienced Manager Security & Administration to oversee all security and administrative operations for a luxury mixed-use property comprising hotel and residential facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing security strategies managing daily operations ensuring regulatory compliance leading emergency response initiatives and supervising administrative functions to maintain a safe and efficient environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Plan monitor and continuously improve security protocols and procedures.
• Oversee daily security operations including CCTV surveillance access control systems and fire safety measures.
• Ensure timely response to security incidents emergencies and operational risks.
• Lead crisis management emergency evacuations and incident investigations.
• Prepare incident reports and recommend preventive measures.
• Conduct regular security risk assessments and implement mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies hotel safety standards labor laws and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with law enforcement agencies emergency services and regulatory authorities when required.
• Manage security personnel assign duties monitor performance and provide coaching and development.
• Organize regular security drills emergency response training and awareness sessions.
• Supervise administrative operations including key management parking management lost & found and coordination with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
• Ensure guest resident and employee safety across the property.
• Prepare security performance reports audit findings and recommendations for management.
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors contractors clients and external stakeholders.

Qualifications &Experience:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 68 years of relevant experience in Security & Administration.
• Experience in Hospitality or Pakistan Armed Forces will be preferred.
• Experience managing security operations for hotels residential complexes or mixed-use properties is an advantage.
• CCTV surveillance and access control systems.
• Fire safety systems and emergency response planning.
• Security risk assessment and incident management.
• Crisis management and emergency evacuation procedures.
• Coordination with police fire brigade and ambulance services.
• Knowledge of hotel safety regulations and labor laws.
• Understanding of guest safety resident security and data privacy.
• Administration of parking key management and lost & found operations.
• Coordination with housekeeping maintenance and facility management teams.
