Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow SPM Developer to design configure develop and support Strategic Portfolio Management solutions. The role requires strong knowledge of SPM processes and hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration.
Key Responsibilities
Design and configure ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions based on business and project requirements.
Work on portfolio program project demand resource financial and strategic planning capabilities within SPM.
Develop and configure forms fields business rules client scripts UI policies workflows flows and notifications.
Support demand management project management resource planning and portfolio planning processes.
Develop integrations with external applications using REST SOAP IntegrationHub or other appropriate technologies.
Translate functional requirements and process designs into technical solutions.
Perform unit testing system testing defect fixing deployment and post-production support.
Work closely with business analysts architects project managers and stakeholders to deliver SPM enhancements.
Troubleshoot issues and provide root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge transfer.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM.
Good understanding of Demand Project Portfolio Program and Resource Management processes.
Strong ServiceNow configuration and development skills.
Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
Experience with Flow Designer IntegrationHub REST/SOAP APIs and integrations.
Understanding of ServiceNow security ACLs update sets and deployment practices.
Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Education
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
