Role Overview
We are seeking a reliable and technically skilled IT Administrator to support AAM Livings day-to-day technology operations. This role will be responsible for managing employee accounts and access providing technical support maintaining company devices and helping ensure secure and efficient IT operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding including account setup access permissions and deactivation.
- Provide remote IT support and troubleshoot hardware software network and user-access issues.
- Set up configure maintain and secure company laptops computers and other devices.
- Monitor user accounts permissions and access to company systems and applications.
- Maintain accurate IT records including equipment assignments accounts and access information.
- Assist employees with Microsoft 365 email collaboration tools and other business applications.
- Support IT security practices including password management device security and access controls.
- Coordinate with external vendors or service providers when issues require additional technical support.
- Maintain documentation for common IT procedures troubleshooting steps and onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Assist with software installations updates system maintenance and general IT administration.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in IT administration IT support or a related technical role preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing user accounts permissions and access.
- Hands-on experience setting up and maintaining laptops and other company devices.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Windows email systems and common business applications.
- Strong understanding of basic IT security and access-control practices.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to work independently manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
