The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data analysis with a focus on infrastructure-related datasets. Requirements

What youll be doing:

Possess a passion for growth and excellence particularly in the realm of designing and developing comprehensive technological solutions for the transportation and infrastructure industry with a specific focus on structural elements.
Lead the data annotations program overseeing multiple teams of data annotators.
Responsible for Quality Assurance and timely completion of service delivery projects.
Drive strategic initiative planning including deliverables prioritization and execution.
Define program objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and take ownership of their execution productivity efficiency and reliability metrics.
Manage workforce planning and implement effective workforce management strategies.
Collaborate with AI/ML teams ensuring the capture prioritization and timely delivery of all requirements to support model development and updates.
Effectively communicate the status of the organization projects and features to executive stakeholders cross-functional partners and beyond.
Ensure ISO compliance and CMMI processes guidelines observance.

What youll bring along:

Minimum Bachelors degree in Engineering from a reputable university.
3 years of experience in the field of engineering or technology related products.
Critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities are a must so that the person can take decisions on the spot and resolve conflicts immediately.
Quick learner and ability to work independently (programming expertise is an added plus).
Having a firm technical mindset with great problem-solving skills.
Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of MS Office Suite.
Ability to present ideas negotiate and build strong networking with the clients.
Great written and oral communication skills.
Pleasant and presentable personality with ability to motivate the team and getting the job done.
Possess a strong understanding of relevant software including 2D and 3D annotation tools bridge management and the latest advancements in the field.
Ensure compliance with ISO requirements and adhere to CMMI process guidelines.

iENGINEERING aims to revolutionize the entire road asset management chain: from collecting roadway/drone imagery to extracting features of interest to providing data maps and decision support systems. We are revamping our end-to-end product and service line to deliver up-to-date and accurate road data to our customers. This data allows road authorities in the US to develop maintenance plans and take measures to make roads safer for everyone. These authorities no longer need to rely on tedious expensive and unreliable processes to get their hands around this data.
