About the role

As a Human Resources Generalist you will be a vital part of our organization supporting various HR functions to ensure a smooth and efficient operation. Key responsibilities
  • Administer HR processes including recruitment onboarding and employee relations to foster a positive workplace culture.

  • Manage employee documentation and maintain accurate HR records supporting data integrity and accessibility for reporting purposes.
  • Provide support in resolving employee inquiries and concerns acting as a liaison between management and staff to promote effective communication.
  • Collaborate with various departments to assist in training and development programs aimed at enhancing employee skill sets and performance.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of HR programs gathering feedback and data to develop insights that drive HR strategy.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Familiarity with HR software and systems for managing employee data along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
  • A proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new challenges in a fast-paced environment.

  • Prior internship or experience in HR-related roles providing a foundational understanding of general HR practices.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations relevant to human resources management.
