Franchise Recruitment Specialist

Employed by Sperton Location: Pakistan Work model: Remote full-time

This is not a standard recruitment role.

You will work on franchise recruitment assignments across the Nordic countries and other international markets identifying and building relationships with future business owners on behalf of international franchise networks.

Franchise recruitment is a discipline of its own. The conversations are longer the decisions more complex and the impact more lasting. If that sounds more interesting than chasing placements this could be the right move.

• Sourcing and engaging potential franchise partner candidates across multiple markets

• Building and managing long-term candidate relationships and pipelines

• Working closely with internal teams and client contacts internationally

• Keeping activity structured and documented in CRM systems

One of the following:

• Experienced recruiter with strong knowledge of franchise business models

• Direct experience recruiting for franchise organizations or networks

Excellent English spoken and written is required. Everything else we can discuss.
