We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the organizations financial planning budgeting reporting and compliance. The ideal candidate will ensure financial stability by managing cash flow preparing accurate financial reports maintaining internal controls and supporting strategic business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage annual budgets forecasts and financial plans.
- Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Monitor cash flow and working capital to ensure financial stability.
- Oversee accounts payable accounts receivable payroll and general ledger activities.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations statutory requirements and financial reporting standards.
- Coordinate with external auditors tax consultants and regulatory authorities.
- Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to improve profitability and cost efficiency.
- Monitor and control organizational expenses against approved budgets.
- Develop and implement financial policies procedures and internal controls.
- Conduct financial risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Support senior management with financial analysis for strategic decision-making.
- Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and professional development.
Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Commerce or a related field.
- Experience: 58 years of relevant finance and accounting experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting budgeting taxation and compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP software (e.g. SAP Oracle QuickBooks Odoo).
- Excellent analytical leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- High level of integrity confidentiality and attention to detail.
