Department Manager Security & Safety

• Ensure compliance with all corporate directives SOPs and management instructions issued from time to time regarding Occupational Health & Safety and store security.
• Manage and ensure the continuous improvement of all security matters related to shoplifting theft pilferage robbery fraud trespassing vandalism and any other criminal activities against the interests of the store.
• Ensure risk assessments and hazard analyses are conducted to identify and report areas of concern regarding safety security or any other matter against the interests of the store and develop proactive solutions to support operations.
• Keep the RM Security and Store Manager informed of all activities or incidents that may be counterproductive to corporate interests.
• Ensure proper deployment duty rosters shift management and attendance of third-party security staff.
• Continuously identify operational SOP gaps report them and propose remedial and/or corrective measures.
• Coordinate with third-party service providers on all security-related matters.
