Job Summary

Job Overview

We are looking for a Cloud Engineer withexperience inTechnical Support System Administration and Cloud Operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with AWS and Microsoft Azure strong troubleshooting skills basic automation knowledge and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor cloud infrastructure alerts dashboards and ticketing systems to identify and resolve incidents.
Provide L1 support for AWS and Azure environments including incident triage troubleshooting escalation and resolution.
Perform system administration tasks such as user management access control patching backups and server health monitoring.
Coordinate incidents with Infrastructure and Development teams while ensuring SLA compliance.
Support cloud deployments maintenance activities and operational changes.
Develop and maintain basic automation scripts using PowerShell Bash or Python.
Create and update SOPs runbooks and technical documentation.
Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to monitoring automation and operational processes.
Maintain accurate incident records and provide timely communication to technical and business stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
24 years of experience in Cloud Support Technical Support or System Administration.
Hands-on experience with AWS and Microsoft Azure.
Good knowledge of Windows/Linux administration and networking fundamentals (DNS TCP/IP VPN).
Experience with monitoring and ticketing tools (CloudWatch Azure Monitor ServiceNow Jira etc.).
Basic scripting/automation experience using PowerShell Bash or Python.
Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
AWS or Azure certifications are an added advantage.
