Job Summary
This is a remote position.
Role Overview
Were looking for a Solidity Developer to help design and build the smart contract infrastructure powering the projects reward and distribution systems.
Youll work closely with backend engineers product leadership and infrastructure teams to build secure scalable and production-ready blockchain systems across multiple EVM networks.
This is a high-ownership role suited for engineers who are comfortable working on architecture security optimization and real-world Web3 product challenges.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop Solidity smart contracts for:
- reward distribution
- airdrop claim systems
- referral and staking logic
- wallet eligibility verification
- Implement secure claim mechanisms:
- Merkle proof systems
- signature-based validation
- role-based permissions
- Optimize contracts for:
- gas efficiency
- scalability
- security
- Integrate contracts with backend services and event-driven systems
- Collaborate with backend and frontend teams on wallet flows and transaction logic
- Conduct internal contract reviews and contribute to security best practices
- Participate in architecture discussions for multi-chain infrastructure
Requirements
- 3 years of Solidity development experience
- Strong experience with:
- Hardhat
- OpenZeppelin
- TypeScript
- Deep understanding of:
- smart contract security
- gas optimization
- EVM internals
- upgradeable contracts
- Experience deploying and maintaining contracts on EVM chains such as:
- Ethereum
- Polygon
- Arbitrum
- Base
- Experience integrating smart contracts with backend/off-chain systems
- Familiarity with:
- event indexing
- transaction lifecycle handling
- wallet authentication flows
- Strong Git and collaborative development workflow experience
Nice to Have
- Experience with:
- account abstraction
- EIP-712 signatures
- relayers / gasless transactions
- staking or reward systems
- Previous work on:
- airdrop infrastructure
- high-volume transaction systems
- Web3 analytics or campaign tooling
- Security audit experience
- Rust or Solana ecosystem familiarity
