• Work closely with producers designers artists developers and QA throughout game development.

• Help manage tasks timelines and team coordination.

• Playtest games regularly and provide structured feedback.

• Identify gameplay issues and suggest improvements from a player perspective.

• Research top-performing mobile games and market trends.

• Assist in feature planning documentation and sprint execution.

• Track bugs follow up on development progress and ensure timely completion.

• Help improve player experience through data-driven and player-focused thinking.

• Fresh graduate or up to 6 months of experience.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Game Development Business or a related field.

• A genuine passion for mobile gaming.

• Plays mobile games regularly and stays updated with industry trends.

• Strong gaming sense with the ability to understand what makes games fun and engaging.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork.

• Organized detail-oriented and eager to learn.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Understanding of:

  • Game loops

  • Player retention

  • Progression systems

  • LiveOps

  • In-game economy

  • Monetization

• Experience with Jira ClickUp Trello Notion or similar project management tools.

• Basic knowledge of game analytics or mobile game KPIs.
